DJ/producer Armati

DJ Armati
It all started out with two tape players with some wires joined between them in 1985…
Having grown up with music all around him, it was only natural that Andrew Armati would hit the Decks and begin his journey into the world of music…
Playing with all things electronic from the ripe age of 8yo and including the greats, like the Roland D-50 and Akai AX60. It was clear that this journey was going to be of an electronic nature… Having computers around from the 100mhz days til now, has helped to pave the way to the sound he is making now. Working with early programs like Pro Tools, Mixman DJ and Virtual Turntables, the natural progression was to be working with programs like Virtual DJ, Ableton and Cubase, FruityLoops and more…
Also, working with the sweet hardware such as turntables in the 90’s to spin his fav Happy Hardcore tunes, then onto the fantastic Pioneer Pro DJ range like CDJ 100’s, DJM 300 mixer & EFX 500, and now the awesome CDJ 1000 MK3 & DJM 800 range.
Influences include DJ’s Brisk & Styles, Quicksilver and Cox, along with Scooter, Roni Size, Plump DJ’s, Armin and Tiesto and oh so many more… In 1999 DJ Armati began to play at parties and even some underground events.
All the time working to produce some funky tunes…
DJ Armati’s sound is different to anyone else out there…This makes the mixes interesting “after all anyone can play two tracks together”

This is now time to get it out there and see what you all think…
